How the free bet offers compare
Our featured bookmakers offer two styles of welcome free bet:
Deposit and bet £10, get a £20 free bet at SaviBet, LuckCity and BetBlink. The free bet needs odds of 1.5 (1/2) or bigger, and winnings are wagered once before they convert to cash (up to £200).
£10 free bet for acca and Bet Builder fans at BetFusion (code BFUS10) and PlayWins (code PWIN10). Both the qualifying bet and the free bet must be an acca or Bet Builder with at least two selections at combined odds of 6/4 or bigger.
In both cases the free bet stake isn't returned with your winnings: a £20 free bet at 2/1 returns £40, not £60.

Most problems with free bets come from the qualifying bet. Check:
Minimum odds for the qualifying bet and the free bet.
Excluded markets. BetFusion and PlayWins exclude horse racing, greyhounds and virtual sports from their welcome offer.
Bet types. Some offers need a multiple; others accept singles.
Time limits. Free bets on these brands expire after 7 days.

What is a free bet?
A free bet is a bet credit from the bookmaker. If it wins you keep the winnings (subject to the terms), but the free bet stake itself is not returned.
What does stake not returned mean?
It means only the profit from a winning free bet is paid. A £10 free bet at evens returns £10, not £20.
Can I claim the £20 free bet at SaviBet, LuckCity and BetBlink?
No. The three brands are part of the ProgressPlay network, and only one sports welcome offer can be claimed per customer across the network.
Do I need a promo code?
BetFusion needs code BFUS10 and PlayWins needs code PWIN10, entered in the cashier with your first deposit. The ProgressPlay brands apply the offer when you deposit through the sports cashier.
