About these terms
These terms apply to your use of playoffers.co.uk ("PlayOffers"), which is owned and operated by DIRECTBE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 09706823), whose registered office is at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, England, WC2H 9JQ. "We", "us" and "our" mean DIRECTBE LTD. By using PlayOffers you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Who can use PlayOffers
PlayOffers is for adults aged 18 or over who live in Great Britain. The offers we show are only available to people who meet each operator's own eligibility rules, such as age, location and residency. What PlayOffers is
PlayOffers is a free information and comparison website. We are not a gambling operator: we don't take bets, run games, hold accounts or handle your money. Our guides are general information, not financial, legal or betting advice. Our calculators are for illustration only, and operators settle bets using their own rules.
Offers and operator terms
Every offer on PlayOffers is provided by the operator named beside it, not by us. We summarise the key conditions as accurately as we can and check them regularly, but operators can change or withdraw offers at any time. The operator's full terms always apply and take priority over our summaries, so please read them before you sign up or deposit.
If you have a problem with an operator, such as an account, a payment or an offer, contact the operator first. If it doesn't resolve your complaint, every operator licensed by the UK Gambling Commission must give you access to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service. We can't settle disputes between you and an operator.
Rankings and scores
Our lists, scores and badges reflect our own editorial assessment and are influenced by the commercial arrangements we have with the brands we feature. They are opinions, not guarantees. Links to operators and other websites
When you follow a link to an operator or any other website, you leave PlayOffers. That website is responsible for its own content, services and terms. Operators are responsible for your account, your funds and their offers, under their own terms and their UK Gambling Commission licence. We are paid by the operators we feature.
Using PlayOffers fairly
You must not:
- use PlayOffers for any unlawful purpose, or to gamble on behalf of anyone under 18;
- try to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or introduce viruses or other harmful code;
- copy, scrape or harvest our content or data with automated tools, or frame our pages within another site;
- generate fake or automated clicks on our links, or interfere with our tracking or affiliate links.
We may block access to PlayOffers if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.
Our content and trade marks
The text, design, graphics and code of PlayOffers belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may link to our pages and quote short extracts with a link back to the source. You may not copy, republish or sell our content, in whole or in part, without our written permission.
Brand names, logos and trade marks of operators and other organisations belong to their owners. We use them only to identify their products and services.
Messages you send us
If you contact us, please don't include sensitive personal information or account passwords. We'll handle your message as described in our privacy policy.
Availability of the site
We aim to keep PlayOffers available and accurate, but we can't promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time.
Our liability
PlayOffers is provided free of charge for general information. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for:
- losses that arise from gambling, or from decisions you make based on our content;
- an operator's actions, offers, services or website;
- business losses, or losses we could not reasonably have foreseen.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example when the law or our services change. The version on this page applies each time you use PlayOffers.
General
- If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
- If we don't enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
- We may transfer our rights under these terms to another organisation. No one else has any rights to enforce these terms.
- These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
